...Readers who wrote us about the suicide of Mike Boorda, U.S. Chief of Naval Operations [NATION, May 27], expressed varying views. Rand Knox of San Rafael, California, remembered the recent forced resignations of other high-ranking military officials and suggested Boorda had overreacted.
