Turner is testing 3,000 new varieties of bedding plants this year to help plant lovers identify the best of what's new, and he considers the Wollemi among the most unusual. ...course, there are a few things to gripe about. The rear seats have enough leg room for a couple of pint-size 10-year olds. Trunk space is cozy-don't pack more than an overnight bag or two. And VW's lousy reputation for reliability suggests buyers shouldn't expect anything like the build quality of a Lexus (though VW does offer a 50,000-mile warranty to ease one's concerns).
