LITTLE ROCK, Arkansas: Calling prosecutors' request for a lengthy prison term a death sentence, a federal judge sentenced former Arkansas Governor Jim Guy Tucker to four years probation for his May 28 conviction on Whitewater fraud and conspiracy charges.
