...contrasted with the ignominy of another Harvard occurrence last week. The Senior class had elected one Edward Fuller Fitzhugh Jr., of Boise, Idaho, to write the Baccalaureate hymn. That was a sad selection for Harvard. Poet Fitzhugh wrote four quatrains of lofty, Harvardian sentiment to be sung to the tune of "Ancient of Days." The lines were published.
