...NOTEBOOK: Saturday's first game, a 9-3 loss, was highlighted on the Crimson end by Gaylord Lyman's 400-foot home run off-Middie Bob Adrion. The diminutive sophomore walloped a slow curve to right-centerfield for his first home run in intercollegiate competition. The two-run shot equalled his 1981 runs-batted-in total...
