...Bush administration's trigger-mechanism for war with Iraq has a name: Hans. Hans Blix. Blix spent Wednesday huddled in the Oval Office with President Bush, Vice President Cheney and other senior administration officials - not exactly commonplace for heads of UN technical committees.
