...huge packs on and off the stage toting Peanuts-style two-dimensional trees for the nature scenes and a dissipated desk and chair, which indicate action indoors. Dialogue drones endlessly, and the only truly witty exchange is a throwaway Samuel Beckett spoof, "Waiting for the Dough" though it's unclear how this two-minute diversion worked its way into the larger plot...

Exactly what could be so sensitive in those documents is unclear. The issue seems more one of who's got the power than of who's got the documents. In balking the committee. Watt and the Administration are attempting to clip the Congressional prerogative of examining all documents necessary for the purpose of legislation. It is, in effect, another of this imperial Administration's efforts to show that it can rule without the consent of Congress...

Boy and girl kiss on the beach (where the moon is always conveniently full), eat romantic dinner, fight again, finally get back together, wander off into the sunset, future unclear. In between, there's a lot of completely meaningless messing around involving a frog hunt and a surprise party where everyone dresses like characters from Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs...
