Several new buildings are in course of construction at the university. One of the most important of these, the Flower Astronomical Observatory, will probably be ready for use in a few weeks. Owing to the lack of such a building in the past, the courses in astronomy have been limited almost entirely to theoretical work, and consequently have not been very popular.
