...Black Sea port of Novorossiysk were hit Aug. 8 by tornados and flash floods that destroyed 424 houses and killed 59 people. ...Economy firms that have outlasted the first Internet wave find their feet online. Other incubators are revising the point at which they become involved with fledgling companies.
