Even as federal officers Friday searched the Vienna, Va., residence of Kyle "Dusty" Foggo, the widening investigation into the outgoing number three at the Central Intelligence Agency has veered far from home. The ongoing inquiry, a law enforcement official and other sources tell TIME, has also reached into the CIA offices abroad.
