(Who Knows!) is a romantic rondelay inspired by the plays of Carlo Goldoni and Luigi Pirandello, as six characters in search of adventure entangle themselves in a buoyant comedy of manners. At 73, Rivette seems younger, lither than ever. His new film seduces viewers into the belief that nothing has deeper meaning or feeling, or danger, than the wayward heart at play...
