Even if this pretender to his crown were possessed of the three years of experience that gives the Student Vagabond his store of wisdom, his plan of action defies the very fundamentals of the profession. Who ever heard of a true vagabond engaged in so unproductive an occupation as taking an examination? His mission is to receive; not to give, and the more he receives with a minimum of effort the more successful he is.
