Judge L. B. Colt, of the United States Circuit Court, recently handed down a decision sustaining the defendants in the case of Herbert F. Brigham vs. Peter Bent Brigham Hospital, holding that the gift of $5,000,000 by Peter Bent Brigham for the establishment of a hospital is valid.
