...Navy has a new sexual harassment case on its hands. The Naval Training Center in San Diego said yesterday it was investigating allegations from 16 enlisted women. Among the charges: seven instructors demanded sex in exchange for passing grades. In addition, the women say they were victims of verbal harassment and groping during computer training sessions.
