Died. "Big" Arthur Callen, of Philadelphia, veteran racketeer; in West Philadelphia; shot with six soft-nosed bullets by an unidentified gunman. Racketeer Callen who usually wore a bullet-proof vest and travelled in an armored car, was apparently spotted* before dawn, defenseless.
