...thoroughly enjoyed humanities professor Camille Paglia's commentary on how suits charging a "hostile environment" in the workplace have got out of hand [VIEWPOINT, March 23]. I fully support fair practices for working men and women, but the business world is not a perfect place. It was built on competition, human communications, flexibility and risk. Men as well as women have had to endure hardships and personal challenges to succeed. Both men and women should exhibit tact and professionalism toward those with whom they work. And women in the workplace need to toughen their attitudes and demonstrate their ability...
