This is Mr. Bernard's second visit in his present play and, if one may judge by last night's audience, Boston has taken more than a passing fancy to both comedian and production. Unlike too many of the musical comedies which are offered through successive seasons, "He Came From Milwaukee" still possesses a remarkable air of freshness and snap.
