Sirs: Mr. Viskniskki apparently is enjoying the publicity ... so I'll add to his pleasure by prolonging the controversy. . . . By strange coincidence, when Viskniskki held sway over the efficiency of the New York Journal and the New York American in 1930, paper towels and white soap were eliminated from the wash rooms and newsprint and yellow soap substituted. I wouldn't under any circumstance accuse Mr. Viskniskki of this brilliant piece of economy.
