TALKING of cap and gown, we can vouch for the incorrectness of part, at least, of the following statement from the Berkeleyan : "Harvard, Princeton, Williams, Rutgers, Columbia, Trinity, Alleghany, Michigan, and the Junior class at Yale have adopted the cap and gown."
