Died. William Henry Williams, 57, board chairman and president of the Wabash Railroad, director of 70 major corporations; of heart disease; in St. Louis. He devoted his life to railroading from the time he was 16 years old and took his first job as cashier in a Pennsylvania Railroad freight office in Toledo.
