Bingham, '16. director of Athletics, requesting that Edward Wachter, sculling coach and basketball coach, be retained next year to teach sculling. Wachter's contract was not renewed by the Athletic Association, and certain graduate students who have rowed under him during the past twelve years request his reinstatement next year. The petition points out the growth of popularity of sculling during Wachter's time as coach until now there are more participants in it than in any other minor sport...
