Last week two of the detectives suspended in the Martin incident were formally charged, one for attempted murder, the other for attempting to wound. After a brief appearance in court, they were released on bail until another hearing scheduled for March 17. Waldorf, meanwhile, was out of danger and listed in fair condition.
