...Harvard University Police Department (HUPD) report of the incident. An HUPD officer observed Wu yelling and throwing a snowball at another Harvard student. He had pushed the student earlier, according to an eyewitness. When officers approached Wu for questioning, he refused to produce identification and attempted to walk away.
