The first match contested will be the "Walnut Hill Cup" competition, to be shot under the following conditions: 15 glass balls thrown at five angles, 18 yards rise. The cup to become the property of any member winning it three times, not necessarily consecutive, or of any member breaking 15 balls straight. Entries for the cup will be 25 cents. ...grounds of the Middlesex Gun Club for the present. Their grounds are at Watertown and are reached by a ride of twenty minutes on the horse cars, which make trips from Harvard square every half-hour. The rates for balls and clay-birds are the same as at Walnut Hill, two and three cents respectively, in which are included all charges for use of grounds and trappers.
