...have to remember that Wal-Mart is one of the largest (if not the largest) retailers in the country. So I'm surprised, but I'm not surprised. Being so large, in some respects it acts as if it's above the law. For instance, one thing I was surprised to find out from other employees is that Wal-Mart doesn't pay overtime.
