Last week the University of Pennsylvania Cricket Association held its first meeting of the year. The officers elected for the ensuing year are: president, H. I. Brown, '91; vice-president, S. R. Colladay, '91; secretary, H. C. Thayer, '92. A committee, consisting of Walter Scott, '89, Griscom, '89, and W. H. Trotter, '90, was appointed to draw up a constitution and bye-laws.
