Last week, to earn some extra money for its upkeep and taxes, the huge doors of Blenheim Palace itself were thrown open to the public for four days weekly. Working Cows. Ganpat's dairy is typical of the thousands which crowd India's cities-for not all of India's 176 million cattle wander the streets listlessly munching garbage and brush.
