Moore returned to College at the close of the war, and has been one of the mainstays of the University track team this spring, due to his fast work in the dashes. In the Tech. meet, he was a double winner, scoring firsts in both the 100 and 220-yard dashes. In that meet, he ran the longer distance in the unusually fast time of 22.1 seconds, and his time for the shorter dash is just a shade above ten seconds flat...

...been announced by Comptroller of the Treasury Warwick that all those in the service of the Army, Navy, or Marine Corps who were discharged from service between November 11, 1918, when the armistice went into effect, and February 28, 1919, may file claims with the Auditor of the War Department for one and one-half cents a mile additional for travel expenses from the place of discharge to their homes. Comptroller Warwick decided that the act of February 28, 1919, allowing a mileage of five cents was retroactive to November 11 as well. Men discharged between those dates were allowed...

Records of all University men who saw service during the war will be given in a special volume to be published in the near future, according to an announcement of the Alumni Association. The information used will be collected by the War Records Office, so all students, who have failed to do so, should send their service records as soon as possible...
