YESTERDAY being Washington's Birthday, the event was celebrated by examinations in the morning and afternoon. We have always objected to this day being passed over in silence by Harvard College, and it is probably owing to our former remonstrances that the Faculty have chosen this neat and inexpensive manner of celebrating an event to which we all look back with pleasure.
