During the Easter vacation, the nine took its usual spring trip, which on the whole was very successful. Although but two victories can be claimed, yet the practice was very valuable in showing where the weak points lie and the best means for remedying them. In all, six games were played; two defeats by the Washington's, one each from the Philadelphias and Bergen Points and two games won from the University of Pennsylvania was the result of the week's trip.
