Usage:

Though the weather was fine, few were present, and the playing was not especially good. In the afternoon however a large number of prominent society people were present and the playing was an improvement over that of the morning. As will be seen by the score, the Harvard men, Wrenn, Hoppin and Winslow all won, while Yale's representative, Fowler, was easily defeated by Chace of Brown. ...seventh annual championship meeting of the New England Interscholastic Athletic Association was held yesterday afternoon on Holmes Field. The weather was as nearly perfect as could be desired, and the track was in the best of condition. Four records were broken, a new record was established, and nearly all of the events were closely contested.
