COMPOSER Andrew Lloyd Webber has a knack for turning the most unlikely subjects into inexplicably successful rock/pop operas. Jesus Christ, T.S. Eliot's cats, roller-skating trains, the Phantom of the Opera. And Argentine actress/first lady Eva Peron.
