Secret of Success. In England these days he has little time for the fishing he loves. The two bicycles given him by admirers are locked up in the cellar at Prince's Gate. ...Last weekend, however, I stayed in Trumbull College, Yale, and ate several meals there. We enjoyed rare roast beef that was tender and tasty, milk in individual paper bottles, and choice of dessert, including crackers and fancy cheese. This, I learned, is the usual quality of the fare of Yale men who even see an occasional lamb chop. The amazing thing is they pay only $10 per week for this delicious repast...
...Last Big Weekend...
This was the last big weekend for the little boys who scramble for pennies along the trolley route from Yale out to the Bowl. The open trolleys, with raccoon coats and windswept skirts, clinging to the sides, are officially a thing of the past. People just don't take the trouble to pay for their ride, so there'll be shiny new busses by next fall...
