After several years spent in coaching crews in England and Australia, Mr. Wray accepted the position of coach at the Weld Boat Club in the fall of 1901. He resigned this position in the spring of 1904 and went to Detroit, where he coached the crews of the Union Boat Club. In 1905, he returned to Cambridge and since then has held his present position of head coach.
