Arrangements have been made for a single-sculling race with Yale to be rowed at the same time as the class crew race, and anyone except the members of the University crews will be eligible. As both the Weld and the Newell are now opened for single-scull rowing, it is hoped that a good number will report regularly. Prospects for a strong team next year are very good, though places of men like Captain J.C. Jennings, '15, J.H. Baker '15, P. Blackmur '15, D.F. Fenn '15 and B. Nichols '15 will be hard to fill. The forward line will probably be built around Captain W.W. Weld '16 and R.H. Norris '17. F.G.C.A. O'Neil '16 and D. Moffat '16 are strong players left for the defence.
