Johnson kicked but the backs were in the way; another kick forced a touch back. After third down, during which time Exeter fumbled badly, but tackeld well, Johnson's punt forced another touch back. Hallowell heeled the punt. Johnson tried for goal, but failed. Exeter forced the play to the centre of the field. After the scrimmage Exeter's rushers prevented Johnson's punt, but on another trial he sent the ball over Exeter's head. Hill...
