...biennial games which take place today at 2.30 should be unusually interesting, judging from the number of prominent athletes who have entered. In the high hurdles there should be a race well worth seeing with such men entered as Chase the American champion, and Curtis who won this event at the Olympic games. The low hurdle race should also prove exciting with such performers as Bremer, Chase, and Perkins, the Yale crack. This race has been changed from the usual 220 yards to 146 2-3, and the 220 yards flat to one of 150, so that it will...
This afternoon the Biennial Games of the H. A. A. are to be held on Holmes Field. The Mott Haven Team has not been well supported by the students this year, although it is one of the leading athletic organizations of the University. The funds in the treasury of the Athletic Association have been so small that for a time it looked as if the team could not go to a training table at all this year. The prizes will probably be cups and only one will be given in each event...

We think that you will be willing to make the small effort that is required to take part in the parade. A procession representing the different interests of Cambridge, without the presence of a large number of Harvard undergraduates would be strikingly incomplete. The arrangements need not be extensive. A few hours...
...frontal moraine showing a considerable variety of deposits. The field is particularly notable for the decayed boulders, some of which were originally of very large size, and for the eskers, one of which crosses the valley between the northern and southern morainal walls. Near Rockport the relations of well-developed drumlins to morainal deposits may be studied. On the seashore there is an admirable exhibition of dike phenomena. The formation of marine pebbles may be studied in those produced from the quarry waste thrown into the sea. The quarries exhibit the phenomena of jointing, and the peculiar accidents of "rift...
