...three freshman musical societies have all been organized and are now well under way. The material is for the most part very good and many of the men have the advantage of being on the 'varsity clubs. This is especially true of the Mandolin Club, five of whose members are now with the 'varsity. As yet no concerts have been definitely arranged. The Faculty regulations forbid the clubs giving than more three concerts together but there will probably be formed from the Glee Club a triple quartette to sing at small entertainments...
