...Russia will need outside help if she is to develop according to her possibilities. America is in a better position to give this help than any other country. During the past year 1,655 positions were filled through applications to the Student Employment Office and 598 students have been afforded opportunities to work their way through College. The work was done in term time as well as during the summer, and graduate students in the various professional schools as well as undergraduates are included.
