Governor Gore of West Virginia received a letter signed, in behalf of a great many of his fellow West Virginians, by the United Mine Workers of America. He was asked to call a special session of the legislature for impeachment proceedings against Judge I. Grant Lazzelle of the Monongalia County circuit.
