...Even more striking, bond prices rose enough to send the interest rate on long-term Treasury bonds down to 7.17%, the lowest since 1986 (the higher a bond's price, the lower its interest yield). Apparently bond traders, who usually do not trust Democrats, think that Clinton really will whack down the federal deficit while stimulating the economy.
