He ends up dying, and this is sad not just for Shannon, but because Matthew Fox was donning a horrible mop-top wig. Meanwhile, on the other side of the island, Sawyer is reeling in pain. The mysterious “Others” start that creepy whispering and in one instant another person is taken. Cut back to pouring rain (damn those tropical islands!) and Sayid is chasing Shannon through the forest...

For the show’s finale, the Dins laughed at themselves by performing the “Copa Cabana,” during which the tallest member, dressed in drag, complete with a blonde wig, mamboed about the stage with the lead singer.
