Huntington, according to Lee, has made himself into a fine wrestler by sheer hard work. He was the only member of the squad to enter the Wilkes Tournament over the Christmas vacation, and after a first round win, lost to Ed DeWitt, NCAA champion from Pitt.

Cornell has three undefeated wrestlers, sophomore Dave Auble at 123, Captain Dick Vincent at 157, and Steve Friedman at 167. Auble and Vincent both won their divisions at Wilkes, while Vincent and Friedman were both runners-up in last spring's Eastern Intercollegiates.
