Although Squeaky was not implicated in the Tate or LaBianca slaughters, she was arrested more than a dozen times on various charges, ranging from drug possession to murder. Otmar Emminger, vice president of the West German Central Bank, and Thomas Willett, a deputy assistant secretary of the U.S. Treasury, have offered similar views.
