...William g. Anderson, director of the gymnasium, has obtained data to prove that the health of a student after graduation is not impaired by his college athletic training. Records were collected of 761 athletes who competed in intercollegiate events and won their "Y's" on the eleven, the nine, the crew and the track team between 1855 and 1904. We quote from his report.
