According to the rulings laid down by President Wilson in his draft proclamation of May 18, all members of the University between the ages of 21 and 30, inclusive, who live in Cambridge must register on June 5 at places to be designated later. Those who live outside of Cambridge should apply as soon as possible to the city clerk at the City Hall in Central Square for instructions as to how they may be registered by agent or by mail.
