SOMEWHAT more than a year ago Mr. Samuel Osgood, of New York, proposed for the consideration of the Memorial Hall Committee the idea of forming, within the new building, a museum of old Harvard relics of history and art. This in a few years would become a collection of no small importance, and certainly could not fail to increase in interest as years go by.
