Following the meeting in the afternoon, a basketball demonstration was held in the Indoor Athletic Building at 8.00 o'clock yesterday evening under the auspices of the Eastern Massachusetts District Board of the National Committee of Approved Basketball Officials. Rifle Club officials stated that the purpose of the new project was to promote small calibre rifle and pistol shooting in the University, and to save some of the time which is wasted driving out to the Walnut Hill Range in Woburn.
