Yesterday afternoon, Mr. P. S. Sears, '89, won the college championship for the third time by defeating Mr. G. W. Lee, '89, the winner of the fall tournament. The score was 9-7, 9-7, 8-6. The play was extremely good and remarkably even; for though Sears won three straight sets, each set was stubbornly contested and there was no time when the match was at all one-sided.
