Every part of yesterday's practice was marred by fumbling. In the preliminary work, Coach :Lewis instructed the men in dropping on the ball, but the result was most unsatisfactory. The players were very uncertain in securing the ball, and in, twenty minutes of signal practice the first eleven fumbled four times. The first and second were line, up against each other for a few minutes in order to give Hallowell practice in kicking with men breaking through on him.
